Playing around

Played around with the Spring Card Cricut cart this evening, i like these little cards, but will have to figure out what to put inside of them. Probably do a couple for the ladies if we make it out to lunch on Thursday, hope it doesn't rain to much. Then wanted to try something new for the mini nail files and came up with sort of a folder to put them in.

Look what i found at Dollar General..cute ugh?

Had to go to the mailbox this afternoon so since its right in front of the Dollar General i had to go in,lol..picked up a couple things, and then saw these, aren't they cute? 3 for $1, im going to label them, of course,lol.here's one labeled.

More scrapbooking at Target

Took a walk yesterday evening and stopped by Target..they moved the scrapbook aisle in my store..so went to take a look and they have more scrapbooking items.  The epoxy shapes, $.99, those packs of scrap pieces of cardstock, its 1 lb of paper in different sizes for $1.02, you know i had to get 2 pks,lol.  Maybe next time they will have different colors both of those pks have the same colors. They even have the 8.5x11 cardstock for $.99 in pks of 12 i think, and more cardstock.  And they had stacks on clearance, the school days was $3.97, i had already brought one those a few weeks ago on clearance it was $7.94, so since it was cheaper i brought 2 more,lol. I mean i hate to pass up a good bargain, and the Glitter pk was about the same price, the pk of blue envelopes (which i have no idea what i will use them for) but for $1.48 couldnt leave them sitting on the shelf either.

Last minute orders

Got a call Friday morning about 7:30 to do 30 birthday favors..here's a couple pictures of the lifesavers and packaging that i did. Plus as a gift since it was last minute figured id would just make up a few things, so did her a brag book, bookmarks and a 4.4 oz Hershey Bar. Oh the box..couldnt think of what to put them in so made that butterfly box out of a sheet of cardstock and my scoreboard. Then went looking thru my stash i found that big gable box that i can got from Target a couple months ago, sure wish they had more of those, but maybe now that i have  12 x 24 mats for my Cricut i will be able to find paper to cut my own.

Little shopping haul..

Needed to go to Sam's to get a couple boxes of the fruit flavored lifesavers, got those and then i saw this big bag of mints.. 4.5 lbs has 550 mints in this bag.  So put this bag in my stash.  This bag was $9.98 and the now smaller bag i got from Target couple weeks ago onsale for $7.49, but normally they are $8.49.

Then while i was out stopped in ACMoore, well i had a $10 reward certificate burning a hole in my hand so wanted to spend that before i put it somewhere and forget where it is. They had these candles on sale for $2, the are 3x6. They had these small pks of scrapbook papers, 6 or 8 sheets in a pk for $1, love that tomboy princess one, got a couple of those. And 3x6 color sheets of Bazzill papers, its 30 sheets in it for $1.   Oh and they had single sheets of paper which i never buy, but 3 for $1 i got a few sheets, regular $.69 to $.89 a sheet.

Easter time..

Well its coming..i made up these baskets today, was so rainy surely wasnt going out so i did some crafting instead.  1 sheet of 12 x 12 cardstock will make 2 of these baskets..i used the tutorial from here..like she says they do hold a lot.

I saw your call Mary..one of the things that i do is make candy bar wrappers, i made this wrapper using a pkg i got from your site.
